Role Description: The Credit Analyst must have at least 3+ years of experience. The Credit Analyst III be responsible for performing the Credit function for all Sales Divisions of the company, encompassing Retail, eCommerce, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM).
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing credit applications, financial data, and credit reports to evaluate credit risk and determine credit worthiness of accounts. You will monitor ongoing customers and overall portfolio risk, collaborate with other departments for customer-specific information, and lead internal reviews on accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and maintains policies and procedures for Customer credit evaluation and approval.
- Completes the set-up of all new customer accounts including the recommendation of payment terms, establishing credit limits, assessing, and identifying investment-grade ratings, and coordinates with other departments to ensure orders are handled appropriately when processed.
- Monitors and assesses credit limits and terms for existing customers and makes recommendations on limits, term changes and management of open orders.
- Analyzes and monitors customer credit data delivered by 3rd party credit agencies to aid in recommendations on credit limits, terms, and business viability.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of work experience
