Position Summary:
Manages and performs the development of creative marketing campaign pieces and other materials relative to the internal and external marketing of the company.
Criteria:
Education/Experience:
Four-year degree from an accredited graphic arts or artistic design college or program with at least three years’ experience in developing creative elements. Work experience may be substituted for educational experience.
Skills/Abilities:
Strong communication and human relations skills are required. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office. Experience using web content management systems; video editing software; or other certifications in the graphic arts field is preferred.
Certifications/Licenses:
None.
Physical Demands:
The ability to use computer and office equipment effectively.
The ability to orally communicate by telephone and person to person. The ability to see and read printed material. Ambulatory.
Work Environment:
Indoor office conditions.
Driving:
Must have and maintain a valid Tennessee Class “D” license.
Telephone:
Must maintain an operating telephone and furnish the number to his/her supervisor.

Essential Functions
- Establishes creative direction for all graphic materials.
- Graphically develops ads for use in publications, digital media, signage, and other media.
- Develops promotional and marketing materials for internal and external communications.
- Develops promotional and marketing materials for internal and external events.
- Develops marketing and creative assets for regulatory marketing requirements of the company.
- Develops point-of-sale and other sales-related material for the company.
- Maintains the integrity of the company’s image across all forms of media.
- Utilizes photography and video (slides, b/w, color, digital, 35mm, HD) to capture images.
- Utilizes copywriting/scripting skills to create words that accompany the graphics.
- Manages the development of all creative designs for the company.
- Manages the day-to-day updating of the company website.
- Manages the development of new website pages and additions.
- Manages the creation of radio and television commercials.
- Manages and develops creative content for social media.
- Manages and develops the company’s annual report and budget books.
- Maintains contact with vendors and agencies relative to print production, digital marketing, billboard and other communication media.
- Maintains contact with channel affiliates relative to marketing and creative assets for point of sale, print, video and digital marketing.
- Assists other Business Development team members in various activities when needed.
- Performs other duties as requested
