Creative Project Manager I - Cella

job summary:

Cella is looking for a Creative Project Manager to help support a client of ours in the beauty industry. In this role you will work directly with the Visual Merchandising team along with cross-functional partners to lead and guide Self-Assist projects from inception to fruition.

The ideal candidate has the ability to lead, influence, solve problems, and work with all levels in the organization and in a cross-functional environment.

This role is hybrid, two year contract and is based out of NYC.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 5 years of Project management experience
• Fluent in Wrike, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
• A high level of written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence and at a level appropriate to the audience, resulting in effective working relationships.
• An expert ability to think systemically and strategically and execute tactically.
• Successful experience with change management principles and demonstrated ability to drive and manage the change process from strategic planning through implementation and follow-thru.
• Ability to multi task and maintain deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt to changing workflows and processes.
• Motivation, decisiveness, organizational skills are a must.

responsibilities:

• Manage projects against dates and milestones, connecting VM with Marketing plan.
• Create new projects and initiatives.
• Manage printed projects being developed in partnership with the new locations, Coming Soon, Standard store signage and custom materials.
• Align the Visual team with Marketing project needs and schedules.
• Connect workflow, spot and eliminate duplicative work.
• Schedule all necessary approvals for Visual Merchandising.
• Assign tasks and route creative for projects from US and DMI partners.
• Oversee vendor due dates to keep outside partners on track.
• Oversee agenda for a biweekly all-team meeting.
• Cross functional communication.
• Work with outside production house, managing as needed.
