Job Overview:
We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidate to join our team. As a creative project management specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our creative processes, with a focus on photography, sample coordination, and image management. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving success.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Art Directors to develop comprehensive shot lists for all our product lines.
Coordinate samples for photography sessions and manage inventory to support efficient photo shoots.
Track and manage photography deadlines across various marketing channels.
Facilitate communication and alignment between creative, merchandising, marketing, and production teams.
Provide administrative support to Art Directors, ensuring smooth internal communications regarding photography and sample status.
Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of project management experience or a similar role.
Passion for design trends, stationery, home décor, and personalized products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; experience with Project Management tools like Basecamp or Monday.com is a plus.
COVID-19 vaccination required, with reasonable accommodations considered.
Working Conditions:
Office-based environment with low to moderate noise levels.
Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds may be required.
Regular use of computer and interaction with team members through various communication channels.
Hybrid work model, with employees expected to be in the office three days per week and remote for two days.
Benefits:
Base pay: $29.00 per hour.
