Creative Operations ManagerPosition Overview
Seeking a talented and experiencedoperations manager to join our dynamic Creative Content Team. As a key member of our team, you willberesponsible formanaging the end-to-end execution of creative projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative content, excellent organizational skills, and a proventrack recordofsuccessfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including writers, designers, video editors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Anticipate project risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
Resource Management:
Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and availability.
Monitor workload and adjust resources as needed to meet project deadlines.
Foster a collaborative/supportive team environment to maximize productivity and creativity.
Budget Management:
Work to establish project budgets and track expenditures.
Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising project quality.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular reviews to ensure alignment w/ project requirements and guidelines.
Provide constructive feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, keeping them informed of project status, risks, and issues.
Facilitate regular project meetings and to provide updates and gather feedback.
Project Documentation:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
Ensure all project deliverables are properly archived for future reference.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience managing creative projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Workfront and other project management tools Asana, Trello, or Jira.
Knowledge of creative processes and best practices in content development.
PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
