This client of ours is a growing accounting, tax, and consulting firm. Since 1999, this CPA Firm strives to meet each client's specific needs in planning for the future and achieving their goals in an ever-changing financial and regulatory environment. Due to continued growth, they are seeking dedicated and motivated professionals.They are currently looking to add progressive talent at the Senior level to their Tax team. The ideal candidate will be a team player first and foremost and help their tax department grow!

Responsibilities:

• Prepare complex individual, trust, partnership and corporate tax returns
• Research and draft memorandum involving complex tax matters
• Identify tax planning opportunities
• Handle and resolve tax controversies
• Manage multiple engagements concurrently with various teams to efficiently meet client deadlines
• Provide supervision, training and support to the engagement staff and promote open communication to the engagement partner and manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Tax
• CPA Preferred
• 2 plus year's public accounting experience
• Professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude are essential
• Exceptional client service and communication skills
• Develops and maintains outstanding client relationships
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
• Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, and strong attention to detail

Salary and Benefits:

• $70,000-$85,000
• In-Office (Beachwood, Ohio)
