In This Role, You Will:

• Lead payroll and commission calculations with precision and timeliness.
• Manage month-end close, GL reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
• Provide AP/AR support, assist with escalations, and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and support audit preparations.
• Handle local, state, and federal tax filings for compliance.

Who We're Looking For:

• Required: 6+ years of accounting experience (the more, the better!), and proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle. Payroll and AP/AR expertise are a must.
• Preferred: Experience with high-volume AP/AR, exposure to sales tax filing, and commission calculations.
• Soft Skills: If you're a hands-on professional with extensive experience in AP, AR, and payroll-and you thrive in a dynamic, learning-friendly environment-this role is for you!
