Job duties of the Senior Accountant:

• Lead Financial Operations: Take charge of day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights to aid strategic decision-making.

• Audit Collaboration: Work closely with auditors to facilitate smooth audits and maintain financial integrity.

• Budget Oversight: Play a key role in budgeting processes, collaborating with various departments to align financial goals.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement streamlined financial procedures.

Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• 4+ years' accounting experience in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Non-profit experience a plus
• Proficiency in a large ERP system and Microsoft Excel
