Senior Accountant Opportunity - South of Boston

Creative Financial Staffing is partnering with a rapidly growing, Private Equity-backed manufacturing company located south of Boston to find a talented Senior Accountant to join their team.

• Oversee all aspects of general ledger accounting.
• Prepare account reconciliations and manage the monthly close process.
• Investigate and resolve accounting issues related to depreciation, revenue accruals, accounts payable accruals, intercompany charges, and more.
• Collaborate effectively with AR and AP managers to clarify accounting requirements and priorities.
• Manage close schedules, ensuring team members are aware of upcoming deadlines for GL and subledger processes.
• Contribute to special projects, such as streamlining accounting processes and enhancing financial reporting visibility.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
