Job Overview:

The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in the company's financial operations, managing the full cycle close process and collaborating with the Controller to improve efficiency. This position involves budget preparation, financial statement reviews, journal entry recording, and monthly reconciliations. The Senior Accountant will also take part in training staff on proper accounting procedures, contributing to the overall success of the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

• Manage the full cycle month-end close process.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing company budgets.
• Train and mentor staff on accounting procedures and best practices.
• Record journal entries, prepare monthly reconciliations, and review financial statements.
• The Senior Accountant will collaborate with the Controller to identify process improvements and reduce close times.

Qualifications Desired for the Senior Accountant:

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience. This position is fully on-site.
