Main Responsibilities of Property Accountant

• Assist with general accounting month-end closing procedures for a development project
• Assist/Prepare Expense Reconciliations
• Review and analyze GL accounts and P&L statements to prepare accruals or reclassifications
• Review and finalize monthly and quarterly reporting, annual operating, and capital budgets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 3 years of accounting experience
• Previous Property management or Construction industry experience is required
• Strong attention to detail
• Collaborative and team player
