Senior Accountant
We are looking for a driven Senior Accountant to join our client's team and support their financial operations during this phase of rapid expansion. We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our dedicated accounting team of four. This role demands a solid foundation in accounting principles, excellent numerical and communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and distribute routine and special financial and operational reports.
• Analyze job costs related to key manufacturing and installation projects.
• Maintain comprehensive sales and use tax records.
• Prepare and submit tax returns for various states.
• Act as the primary contact for all sales and use tax-related inquiries.
• Prepare, review, and post journal entries.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Calculate and process commissions and bonuses.
• Support external audits and internal control evaluations.
• Assist with the credentialing of vendors.
• Provide support to the Billing Coordinator and Accounts Payable Specialist when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA is a plus.
• At least 3 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
