Responsibilities of the Full Charge Bookkeeper

• Responsible for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Assisting with some financial reporting via Excel
• Maintain a specified book of client business for the tasks for which they are engaged with
• Must be comfortable in handling the relationship with the client independently
• Maintain thorough communication with clients and with team leaders
• Be able to be self-accountable to obtain data from clients and fulfill deadlines timely
• Reconcile credit card accounts
• Prepare, review, and understand financial statements
• Assist with preparation of client annual budget renewals
• Calculate variances from budgets and report issues to management

Qualifications of the Full Charge Bookkeeper

• 4 years of Accounting/Finance Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• The Full Charge Bookkeeper will need to be a strong multitasker
• Ability to take action and make strategic decisions independently
