Responsibilities of the Assistant Controller:

• Monthly closing of the consolidated financial statements

• Maintain and review internal controls

• Prepare for and facilitate audits

• Opportunities to automate accounting processes

Qualifications of the Assistant Controller:

• 5 years of accounting experience

• Public accounting a plus

• VBA and Macros experience a huge plus

Salary and Benefits

• Pay rate is $110,000 to $130,000

• Hybrid one day per week, while being in the office in Akron the other 4 days

• Opportunities for process improvement
