Accounting Manager:
Our client is a family owned business that is looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead their accounting team, manage financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance. This role will ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations and provide strategic insights to senior management.

Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

• Oversee daily accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Lead month-end/year-end close processes and prepare financial reports.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional growth.
• Drive process improvements and support system upgrades.

Qualifications of the Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

The Accounting Manager role is fully onsite in Akron, OH with a salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 depending on experience.
