Planet Interactive's Global hospitality client has a HOT need for a REMOTE Creative Experiential Production Coordinator with 6+ years experiential production coordination, project management, program management, event creative coordination, experiential travel coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, milestones, and action items; track progress and maintain comprehensive documentation (briefs, schedules, resource plans).
- Support and coordinate meetings, ensuring agendas, notes, and milestones are up to date.
- Facilitate communication across teams, leadership, and external vendors.
- Oversee contracts, vendor performance, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
- Provide regular updates and proactively address blockers.
- Stay current on entertainment and travel industry trends; contribute innovative ideas to enhance project outcomes and stay competitive.
- Develop presentations to showcase new supply opportunities and research.
- Promote a respectful and inclusive environment.
- Support vendor training and onboarding, ensuring smooth integration with internal systems and processes.
- Assist vendors with ongoing training and data management in Salesforce.
- Attend at least three experiences monthly to assess and improve supply quality.
- Ensure leads meet quality standards and align with project goals.
- Conduct outreach and sourcing for potential experience hosts when needed.
- 6+ years in project, event, or experiential production and coordination.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in creative, event, or hospitality-related fields.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects from start to finish, with attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and handle shifting priorities.
- Capable of generating innovative ideas for entertainment and travel experiences.
- Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to clearly present complex ideas.
- Proficient in project management tools and quick to learn new technologies.
