Here’s what you’ll love about this job:
- Innovative Leadership: As our Creative Director, you'll take the lead in generating groundbreaking ideas and strategies. Your creativity will shape campaigns that resonate with both our brand clients and their target audiences, setting the stage for innovative and impactful projects.
- Collaborative Environment: You'll be an integral part of our close-knit team, working closely with the Branded Content account team and the larger Omaha development team. Together, we'll bring creative ideas to life, spanning across commercials, digital content, events, and activations.
- Leadership Impact: Take the lead in overseeing a small, dynamic creative unit. Your role involves setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and fostering an environment where creativity and collaboration flourish.
- Client Engagement: Building strong relationships with clients is at the core of this role. You'll understand their needs and preferences, ensuring that our creative concepts not only meet but exceed their expectations. Your ability to present ideas effectively will be key to our success.
- End-to-End Impact: From initial concept to final execution, you'll oversee the entire creative process with the Head of Marketing. Your attention to detail will ensure that all deliverables are of the highest quality making a lasting impact on our clients' brands.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Lead Innovative Brainstorming Sessions: Take charge of brainstorming sessions, guiding the various creative teams to generate innovative and unique ideas. Your leadership will inspire creativity across commercials, digital content, events, and activations.
- Craft and Implement Creative Strategies: Develop creative strategies aligned with clients' objectives and resonant with their target audiences. Your strategic thinking will be pivotal in creating campaigns that make a lasting impact.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the development and production teams, ensuring that creative ideas come to life while staying within scope. Your cross-functional expertise will be key in the successful execution of creative concepts.
- Budget Management with Account Team: Collaborate with the account management team to manage creative project budgets effectively, ensuring ideas align with client budget constraints.
- Stay Ahead with Industry Trends: Keep up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices. Integrate this knowledge into your work, ensuring that Omaha remains at the forefront of creativity and innovation.
Here’s the experience you’ll need to bring:
- Advertising Acumen: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Creative Writing, or a related field. Demonstrate a track record of producing effective, cut-through creative for a wide variety of brands.
- Comedic Creative Expertise: Possess essential experience in comedic creative, demonstrating a keen understanding of humor and its application in engaging campaigns.
- Industry-Tested Leadership: Showcase proven experience in a creative leadership role within the sports and entertainment industry, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Strategic and Conceptual Brilliance: Exhibit exceptional conceptual and strategic thinking skills. Demonstrate the ability to translate ideas into compelling and impactful creative content.
- Leadership and Motivational Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership and team management abilities. Prove experience in leading and motivating creative teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Salary range is $150K-$200K depending on experience.
