What will you be doing?
The Co-Brand Creative Project Manager will join our in-house creative team to lead projects and cross-channel campaigns that drive Engagement and Acquisition for ***’s American Express partnership and associated credit card products. You will play a vital role in delivering innovative workflow strategies, enhancing creative capabilities, and improving collaboration within the *** organization. Your responsibilities will include scoping, resourcing, planning, executing, and delivering projects.
In this role, you will leverage your project management and creative skills to support the marketing objectives of *** and its brands as an integral part of the Creative Studio and Marketing Operations team. Your daily tasks will involve overseeing campaign development and creative execution for the *** Honors + Co-Brand partnership program with American Express. You will work closely with Account Management leadership to ensure the delivery of exceptional work. The Account Management team champions the *** marketing process and ensures key partners are connected with the appropriate cross-functional teams, enabling successful and timely campaign launches.
This role combines elements of strategic account management, client services, project management, and creative resource delegation. As part of the Account Management team, you will help develop and maintain comprehensive timelines, build cross-functional relationships, and act as a connector among partners, our in-house creative team, and the broader organization. You will lead and assist on various projects, understanding client goals, defining solutions, asking challenging questions, and ensuring that client needs are met through effective creative execution of marketing tactics. The ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple concurrent demands, and track work effectively while maintaining strong communication and diplomacy skills will be crucial.
Projects will span a number functions/disciplines (e.g., acquisitions, engagements, customer experience, and commercial services). You will also be responsible for helping develop and refine tools, templates, and standard methodologies to continuously improve our creative capabilities. In this position, you will need to excel at building relationships quickly in a dynamic organization, actively engaging with team members at all levels of the organization (up to and including SVPs), and maintaining flexibility to change direction when needed.
More specifically, you will:
- Collaborate with Account Managers and the creative team to develop and manage best practices for creative campaign development, leading projects from briefing to delivery while maintaining operational productivity.
- Work with Global Brand Marketing and Co-Brand partners to receive work, provide regular status updates, problem-solve, present, and deliver.
- Coordinate closely with the creative team, including graphic designers, copywriters, art directors, and creative directors.
- Partner with ***’s internal channels to develop cross-channel delivery and deployment plans (email, web, mobile, social, print).
- Act as a high-level coordinating manager, ensuring business owners and decision-makers have the necessary information, decisions are made promptly, and project ownership is assigned to the appropriate partner teams.
- Advise and guide business owners and stakeholders on managing key project milestones, including defining functional specifications, establishing timelines and success criteria, leading participation in partner meetings, and facilitating communication across teams and functions.
- Identify strategic gaps and evaluate opportunities for new initiatives and tools to support efforts across the organization.
- Ensure clear, constructive communication about all assigned projects to all partners.
- Participate in selecting and negotiating contractor, vendor, and partnership relationships, in collaboration with legal and procurement teams, to ensure project success.
- Support the design and development of operating models and process solutions for strategic project implementation.
- Act as an effective steward of project budgets.
- Lead cross-functional teams through the execution of assigned projects across geographic lines.

Job Requirements:
- To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in project management and delivering cross-functional marketing projects.
- A proven track record of driving execution and delivering results in diverse organizational environments.
- 2-4 years of marketing or creative experience in the credit card or financial industry.
- Experience working with project management and creative production management tools (Airtable, Ziflow, Workfront, Asana, Basecamp, Trello, etc.) and developing best practices and optimizations within the programs.
