Rust Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Crane Operator to support our Lewisville Dam Safety Project located in Lewisville, TX.

Responsibilities:The Equipment Operator performs a variety of skilled work in the operation of light, medium and heavy equipment.
Typical Responsibilitites include but are not limited to the following:
- Receives written, visual, and oral instructions from supervisor regarding materials to move or excavate.
- Coordinates machine actions with other activities, positioning or moving loads in response to hand or audio signals from crew members.
- Demonstrates safe operation of all equipment.
- Reads and understands the results and purpose of all gauges and equipment.
- Properly maintains and services or has equipment serviced daily.
- Performs minor maintenance or clearing of tools and equipment.
- Loads and moves dirt, rocks, equipment, or other materials, using trucks, crawler tractors, power cranes, shovels, graders, or related equipment.
- Drive and maneuver equipment equipped with blades in successive passes over working areas to remove topsoil, vegetation, or rocks or to distribute and level earth or terrain.
Level Specific Responsibilities: Under direct supervision, performs routine duties. Displays knowledge and abilities to evaluate, select and apply standard construction techniques, procedures and criteria to meet basic construction specifications. Displays applications of sound professional judgment on details of work.
Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:
- Three (3) years of related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand plans and specifications
- High School Diploma or demonstrated equivalent.

The hourly rate of pay for this role is $39.00 per hour.
