About the Job

but not limited to
loading machinery
positioning work
setting up jobs
removing parts and waste
adjusting and operating machinery. This role also assists the Operator with job duties. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated
problem solver who has a strong work ethic to improve quality and production levels of systems and equipment.. We train on the job so manufacturing experience is not required.

Pay range $24.00-$27.00/hr.
Available shifts
- Regular 1st Shift Hours 7am-3pm / Overtime hours 5am-3pm
- Saturday overtime as needed and scheduled in advance.
Responsibilities
- Safety - involved in promoting and providing a safe working environment for yourself and team.
- Ability to lead by example and hold others accountable
coach
train and develop those on their team in basic functions of crane operations
- Identifies that there is a problem and has the capability to use the tools and resources to find root cause and implement a permanent correction action to prevent reoccurrence.
- Cross functional team member - assists with material handling including marking of picklists
aligning orders per machine
and emptying scrap hoppers
- Displays initiative to drive personal

and company success.
- Works within our Philosophy and takes ownership of mill and crew.
- Computer knowledge including Oracle operating system
- Catalyst for continuous improvement - engaged in the transformation process and use the daily transformation tools available
- Other duties as assigned.
Desired Experience
- Able to follow verbal and written instructions
- Basic math skills
- Able to communicate effectively
- Must be able to stand for extended period of time and exert moderate to heavy physical effort with a minimum lifting requirement of 50 pounds
- Must be physically able to access all areas of the plant and grounds
- Must be available for work on any shift or shift rotation or work schedule as needed by the company
- Manufacturing experience
