Position: Tax Manager

Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Tax Manager to join our well-established firm in Norfolk County, MA. This role offers a partnership track for the right candidate, providing a fantastic opportunity for professional growth and leadership.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Tax experience in Public Accounting; Client Facing Experience
• Certification: CPA or CPA Candidate.
• Skills: Proficiency in ProFX software.
• Expertise: Generalist for industries and returns, showcasing versatility across various sectors. Wealth Management experience/interest a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage tax compliance and reporting for a diverse client base.
• Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Collaborate with audit teams to deliver integrated service to clients.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
