Counter Sales Associate - National Performance Warehouse

NPW is seeking an organized and experienced Counter Sales Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate for this position will be initiative-taking and can provide exceptional customer service while supplying customers with timely & accurate information regarding order status, and responding to customer concerns will support our sales effort by expanding current customer relationships and identifying new customers.

Responsibilities:
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum of one (1) year of inside sales or customer service experience.
Thorough knowledge of the automotive industry required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Must have excellent phone etiquette.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a PLUS!
Positive and professional attitude.
Respond to customer inquiries via the web, email, and/or telephone.
Ensure all customer orders are being processed within designated Service Level Agreements.
Establish new accounts through client referrals or outbound calls to potential customers.
Provide quotes & order information to customers.
Demonstrate knowledge of the product.
Provide technical advice, troubleshoots, & finds solutions to the customer's problem.
Additional duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to occasionally lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Consistently lift/carry 10-20lbs
