Job Title: Community Outreach Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement outreach programs to engage communities.
• Build partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders.
• Organize events and workshops to promote LSSI services.
• Collect and analyze community feedback to improve programs.
• Assist in fundraising efforts and grant writing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in community outreach or nonprofit work.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for serving diverse communities.
