Job Description:
Ridgeway Post Acute Rehab is seeking dedicated and passionate COTA or SLP Therapists to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. We are committed to providing exceptional care to our patients and are looking for individuals who share our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Provide comprehensive treatment plans for patients with a variety of conditions.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Clinical Skills: Demonstrate strong clinical skills and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding patient progress and treatment goals.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, evaluation reports, and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
Education: AAS in COTA. Speech-Language Pathology Degree.
Licensure: Current California state license as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Experience: Previous experience in a post-acute care setting is preferred, but not required.
Bilingual: Fluency in English, and Spanish is a strong asset.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
