COTA Occupational Therapy Assistant for Home Health - FeldCare Connects

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated COTA to provide exceptional occupational therapy services in a home health setting. The ideal candidate will work closely with OTs to implement treatment plans, assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals, and enhance their daily living skills.

• Responsibilities:
  • Assist in patient assessments and treatment planning.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions as directed by the OT.
  • Monitor patient progress and document outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercises and safety.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Qualifications:
  • COTA certification and valid California license.
  • Experience in home health preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
