Job Title: COTA - Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Facility: Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Responsibilities:

Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients.

Conduct therapeutic activities to improve patients' daily living skills.

Monitor patient progress and document outcomes accurately.

Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises.

Maintain a safe and clean environment for therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

Current COTA certification in Pennsylvania.

Experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
