Position Details:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing patient treatment plans.
• Help patients develop, recover, and improve skills needed for daily living and working.
• Document patient progress and report any changes to the care team.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and activities to support recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standard of care.
