Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in cost management or related fields, preferably in a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute cost management strategies to meet profit goals.
2. Analyze global cost structures and implement optimization plans.
3. Monitor KPIs to ensure cost control measures are effective.
4. Conduct product cost analysis and variance assessments.
5. Support budgeting, resource allocation, and cross-departmental decisions.
6. Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent and compliant cost control processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Proficiency in financial tools like Excel, SAP, or Tableau; ERP experience preferred.
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- CPA/CMA certification and manufacturing experience are a plus.
