Job DescriptionYour Career
Cortex is seeking a dynamic, results-driven GTM Operations Manager to support our growing North American Sales team. In this role, you will collaborate with key business functions including Channel, Marketing, Finance, and HR to drive operational excellence across the sales organization. As an integral part of our Sales Operations team, you will help shape strategy, optimize processes, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams. This position is ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving business impact through data-driven decisions.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading initiatives that drive sales productivity, optimize go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and enable operational efficiency across the sales organization. You will gain significant visibility and exposure to senior leadership and have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our growth trajectory.
Your Impact
- Sales Operations Planning & Review - Manage the planning and execution of quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with the Sales leadership team to align on targets, performance, and strategic priorities
- Data Analytics & Market Insights - Leverage sales data (Salesforce, Tableau, etc.) to assess total addressable market (TAM), identify opportunities for growth, and optimize territory coverage - Provide actionable insights to support GTM and segmentation strategies
- Sales Tools & Process Optimization - Oversee and manage sales operations tools, dashboards, and reporting processes - Continuously assess and improve sales processes, playbooks, and best practices to drive efficiency and field acceleration
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Sales, Channel, Marketing, and other key functions to drive alignment on GTM strategies, segmentation, and pipeline management - Ensure that sales teams are equipped with the resources and insights they need to succeed
- Sales Enablement & Pipeline Management - Manage and optimize sales play programs to drive pipeline generation, including targeting whitespace accounts, under-penetrated markets, and renewals
Your Experience
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, Business Analytics, or a related field, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
- Note - We are open to considering candidates with more experience and will adjust accordingly
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce CRM, data analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau), and business planning tools
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience partnering with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and results
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and KPIs
- A problem-solver who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving change
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent military experience

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $127000 - $205500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
