We are currently looking for a dynamic and passionate Permanent Customer Service Representative to join our thriving Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, energetic environment where your contributions directly impact our company's success. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for managing orders, providing quotes, and addressing any issues or concerns. This role requires a deep understanding of corrugate and its applications in the engineering industry. If you have a knack for problem-solving and maintaining customer relationships, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide accurate and competitive quotes to clients.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, particularly corrugate, to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, offering swift and effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to ensure that customer requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Participate in regular training and development activities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the engineering industry.
• Proven experience working with corrugate, orders, and quotes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer management software.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is a plus.
• Must be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement.
