Correspondence Management Analyst - ETMS2/CATAMS - ASRC Federal Holding Company

About the Job
Agile Decision Sciences (ADS), a wholly owned subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Correspondence Management Analyst to support a DHA contract.
Work arrangement: Onsite
Clearance: Ability to obtain a Public Trust level clearance
Responsibilities:
+ Intake and review inquiries from throughout the Military Health System network and determine which appropriate Defense Health Agency (DHA) functional area(s) should address inquiry
+ Set-up and route identified inquires to the appropriate DHA functional area utilizing the official DHA Correspondence Management tool, ETMS2
+ Maintain and administer current management control procedures for processing incoming (external and internal) and tracking correspondence and operational actions within ETMS2.
+ Work closely with the leadership ensuring that all suspense’ are appropriately prioritized and prepared, coordinated, and completed within the required suspense time.
+ Support action assignment, preparation, tracking and disposition of correspondence following the guidance outlined in DoD and DHA Published guidelines
+ Provide reports of urgent, open, due, and overdue correspondence actions to leadership.
+ Support the government in the coordination of correspondence staffing actions with appropriate agencies and offices outside of DHA to include, but not limited to, Congress, Department of Veterans Affairs, Health Affairs, and other federal activities.
+ Facilitate coordination of DoD policy, including Directive-Type Memoranda, Issuances, Manuals, Instructions, and Directives through the DoD process
+ Work with government subject matter experts to coordinate and perform administrative quality control and grammatical editing on correspondence written in response to inquiries from members of Congress, congressional staff, academia, and the media.
Requirements :
Education/Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Minimum of 2 years' administrative support experience in a DoD environment or Government environment.
+ Experience utilizing a Correspondence Management tool such as CATAMS or ETMS2 preferred.
+ Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).
+ Strong written and verbal communication.
+ Ability to successfully pass a DHA background investigation and obtain a Public Trust level clearance.
