About the Job
- Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content, including corporate events, product launches, training videos, interviews, and promotional materials
- Pre-Production Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize video ideas, develop storyboards, and create scripts that align with business objectives
- Post-Production: Edit raw footage, add motion graphics, music, voiceovers, and other effects to create polished final products
- Equipment Management: Operate and maintain camera equipment, lighting setups, audio recording devices, and other production tools
- Content Strategy: Work closely with the marketing and communication teams to ensure video content aligns with the company's branding and communication strategy
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, HR, and executives, to deliver videos that support diverse business needs
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all video content meets technical and creative standards for visual and audio quality
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience as a videographer, preferably in a corporate or professional setting
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Must show examples of work during interview process
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
