We are actively looking for a Partner-level transactional attorney.
Specifically, the firm is looking for a Corporate lateral partner. Practical experience in joint ventures, entity selection and formation, drafting and negotiating operating agreements and other organizational documents, mergers, reorganizations, asset purchase transactions, and equity transfers is required, as is an established book of business. Experience in commercial real estate, and expertise and the ability to advise on tax matters are pluses.

Job Details
We are actively looking for a Partner-level transactional attorney.
Specifically, the firm is looking for a Corporate lateral partner. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years corporate experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proactive mindset with a proven ability to work independently
- High level of professionalism and outstanding interpersonal skills
- Active North Carolina bar license
