We are seeking a lateral associate with meaningful securities, bank regulatory, and corporate transactional experience to join our firm in North Carolina.
The ideal candidate would have multi-year experience in mergers and acquisitions and a general familiarity with 1933 Act and 1934 Act concepts in a law firm setting, as well as excellent academic credentials.
Successful candidate must be an independent, flexible, confident self-starter.
