The Corporate Trainer will play a pivotal role in shaping the continuous growth of our organization. With a focus on innovation, efficiency, and excellence, you will aid in the design, delivery, and evaluation training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs that align with company goals and objectives.
- Customize training materials and activities to meet the needs of various departments and employee levels.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Utilize various training methods and technologies to ensure effective learning experiences.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and skill gaps. Assess employee performance and feedback to continuously improve training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback. Analyze data to measure training outcomes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging training technologies. Incorporate new methods and tools to enhance training effectiveness and relevance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in corporate training, learning and development (L&D) or a related field.
- Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design is preferred.
- Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Proficiency using Learning Management Software (LMS) and training tools.
- Strong background in sales strategy, conversion optimization, and closing techniques.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ), with a demonstrated ability to design and implement effective sales training programs.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in virtual training platforms & techniques to increase engagement with virtual participants
SALARY:
This role includes quarterly profit-sharing bonuses as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, retirement planning, and/or other benefits.
- Base salary range: $60,000 - $78,000
- Salary including quarterly profit-sharing bonus and comprehensive benefits program range (annualized): $79,725- $93,600
LOCATION:
- This role requires the employee to work onsite at our Anaheim Hills location.
