About the Job
Vaco is working with a growing, global manufacturer to add a Corporate Documents Administrator to the team. This role will focus on the administration and oversight of corporate documents and registrations, including managing and maintaining corporate transactional data. This is a hybrid opportunity that will require 3 days/week onsite in Cary, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain corporate records including tax and registration documents, insurance documentation, statutory and non-statutory compliance and governance forms, etc.
- Coordinate with outside counsel for document review and management
- Support insurance policy administration, claims, and certificates, including premium billings and coverage notices
- Previous experience with corporate documentation processes
- Previous paralegal, executive assistant, or business manager experience a plus
- Demonstrated capability to maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and information

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
