The main responsibility of a Sales Administrator is to be the main point of contact for multiple internal departments, or external vendors either in person or by phone. By delivering industry leading support, this organization is able to deliver on its mission of being the premier RV partner.
Responsibilities:- Maintain relationships with multiple internal departments and external vendors
- Update/maintain weekly and monthly reports
- Schedule and take notes during meetings or trainings
- Work directly with sales management to train/retain sales receptionists
- Maintain accurate information across multiple shows/events
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Must be a self-starter/self-motivated.
- Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Light travel required.
- Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is necessary.
