About the Job
HumanHire has partnered with a prestigious Law firm in Washington D.C to find a Corporate Receptionist to join their growing team! The firm is consistently ranked amongst the top Legal 500 firms and has more than 75 attorneys in offices around the country!
What we offer:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM-4PM
- Pay: $60,000 - $70,000/year

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, guests, and employees in a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Assist clients with appointment scheduling, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate and schedule conference room reservations
- Address client inquiries and provide basic information about the firm's services
- Offer beverages or refreshments to clients as needed
- Provide general administrative support, such as handling mail, managing office supplies, and document handling, scanning, and filing
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of similar Receptionist experience required, law firm or financial services experience preferred
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
