Corporate Receptionist - ANSER

THIS POSITION REQUIRES ON-SITE WORK MONDAY - FRIDAY 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM AT OUR ARLINGTON, VA OFFICE AND IS NOT OPEN TO HYBRID OR REMOTE WORK.

Position Overview:

ANSER is seeking a full-time Corporate Receptionist to perform a variety of activities in support of ANSER's Corporate office. In this position, you will greet and welcome guests, register conference attendees and confirm clearance status and answer and route incoming calls to the corporate switchboard.

Day to Day responsibilities include but are limited to:

• Greet employees and visitors
• Answer multi-line switchboard
• Manage the Corporate Reception Desk during business hours (7:30 am to 4 pm)
• Monitor Conference Center calendar and assist employees with reservations
• Use Defense Information System for Security (DISS) to verify clearance level of attendees
• Create and print name badges for conference attendees
• Assist with sign-in of attendees for meetings ranging from 10-100+ people
• Assist with coordination and set up of catering
• Prepare for quarterly board of directors’ meetings
• Stock office/kitchen supplies
• Assist with planning internal corporate events

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• A minimum of 2 years general office experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines regularly
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Strong quality control, customer service, and attention to detail to ensure accuracy of product
• Ability to write concise and easily digestible communications with little required editing or correction.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Defense Information System for Security (DISS)
• Active Secret Clearance
