We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Real Estate Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the corporate real estate field, supporting a variety of projects and initiatives that impact our companys strategic goals.

In short, as a Real Estate Intern you will:

• Conduct market analysis to evaluate trends, property values, and opportunities for acquisitions or lease agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real estate projects, including renovations, relocations, or new site development.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate findings and project updates to stakeholders.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma and competence for a wide variety of audiences including management.
• A mind for the details. Okay we know "detail-oriented" is on about every job description - but we really mean it!

• Plays well with others. You will be working in a high-functioning team environment. We work together in order to win together.
• Organization and time management skills in spades. Youll be handling multiple projects and deadlines that will require you to prioritize then re-prioritize then re-prioritize again.

The Specifics.

• You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or masters with a graduation date of December 2025 - May 2026
• bachelors degree in business or masters degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• You have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Our internship program will be 11 weeks starting May 2025 to August 2025
• Accounting Internships will be based out of our Home Office in Tempe, AZ
• You can expect a regular on-site schedule Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
• Relocation not provided for internship
