About the Job
The Role:
As the Corporate Projects Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of the organization’s top-priority initiatives. You will manage high-level projects from inception to completion, working closely with the CEO and the Executive Leadership Team to ensure strategic goals are achieved, deadlines are met, and all stakeholders are aligned. In this role, you will partner with the Executive Leadership Team to optimize communication, streamline operations, and support corporate project management.
This hybrid role requires in-office presence at our Boca Raton, FL, headquarters and is not open to virtual or remote placement. Some travel may be required as needed.
This role reports to the CEO with a close operational relationship to the Leadership team and SVP, Business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Corporate Projects: Oversee and manage all corporate-directed initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Monitor milestones, manage timelines, and keep the CEO informed of progress while coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Support the CEO’s Office: Maximize the CEO’s efficiency by managing workflows, preparing for critical meetings, tracking action items, and advancing the CEO's key initiatives.
• Plan & Execute Leadership Engagements: Organize and manage leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews, board preparations, and major corporate events.
• Drive Strategic Priorities: Collaborate with the senior leadership team to support the CEO’s growth and expansion strategies. Manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and respond to emerging challenges and opportunities.
• Cross-functional leadership: Guide cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of high-priority projects in alignment with strategic goals.
• Executive Support: Act as the CEO’s primary point of contact, managing priorities and ensuring the successful execution of critical initiatives.
• Complex Calendar & Communication Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, emails, and meeting preparations, while overseeing key projects to ensure seamless execution.
• Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborative Leadership: Lead complex projects across multiple teams, consistently focusing on achieving strategic objectives.
• Administrative Duties: Assist with tactical administrative tasks, including ordering lunches, managing travel requests, and overseeing office supplies.
What You’ll Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of demonstrated experience in project management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar role, with a proven track record of managing high-impact projects.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• High emotional intelligence and strong leadership, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, particularly when working with executive leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and proactively anticipates challenges.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
