We are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team. In this role, you will support various fund and corporate transactional matters.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in drafting and reviewing corporate documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries.
• Manage and organize transaction files and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties.
• Support compliance and regulatory filings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate.
• 2+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office.
