Corporate Paralegal (contract) - Beacon Hill

Beacon Hill Legal's client, a national law firm, is seeking a Corporate Paralegal in their Midtown office for an open-ended contract assignment. The candidate must have experience in private equity, funds, or corporate governance as a paralegal. The candidate hired must commute to their office in New York City on a hybrid schedule and must be local to the NYC metro area.
