Desired Background:

• 8+ years of law firm experience as a corporate attorney required 
• Experience with complex corporate transactions, M&A and/or private equity transactions, regulatory and securities 
• Candidates with business succession planning as well as real estate transactions will be viewed positively
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois
• Extraordinary attention to detail, solid business judgement, and client-development skills are key
