Job Summary

This role is ideal for candidates with 3 - 6 years of top-tier law firm private equity M&A deal experience, demonstrating expertise in running intricate transactions.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Help run large-scale private M&A deals
2. Conducting Public and Private Equity transactions
3. Representing sponsors, portfolio companies and other private clients
4. Joint Ventures
5. Drafting ancillary agreements 
6. Direct client communication

Qualifications and Skills

The firm seeks an individual admitted to the NY Bar with exceptional academic credentials including experience within a top-tier law firm.

Compensation and Benefits
