- Corporate Finance team is in search of an associate with 3-5 years of experience to join Dallas office.
- Expertise in mergers and acquisitions is essential.
- A genuine interest in healthcare is a prerequisite, and a strong preference is given to those with experience in transactional healthcare.
- Having some background in healthcare would be an additional asset.
- In this role, you will predominantly focus on transactions for industry-leading Medical and Dental Services Organizations group.
- Preferred candidates will be familiar with financing and general corporate representation including entity formation and capitalizations, corporate governance issues, shareholder agreements, and customer and supplier relationships.
- Drafting of acquisition agreements and ancillary-related documents will be expected.
- Ideal candidates should exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, and a collaborative approach when working with internal and external clients across all levels.
- An existing admission to the Texas bar or eligibility for immediate waiver is required.
