Corporate Litigation Paralegal - Chugh LLP

• Responsible for extensive document review and organization.
• Assisting attorneys for the preparation of transactional closing, depositions, hearings, trials, and conferences, and completing many administrative tasks. 
• Motion practice, proofread papers, organize exhibits, and create document indices in the preparation of motion filing.
• Track and monitor deadlines, filings, pleadings, and case files.
• Act as liaison among various internal departments as well as with outside agencies. 

• 1-3 year experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
• Must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Must have excellent time management skills. 
• Must have excellent verbal communication and ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment.
