Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious Litigation and Corporate law firm to find a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Assistant to join their robust team in San Francisco. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to support the firm's legal operations and ensure seamless workflow in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assisting with the preparation and filing of legal documents and maintaining organized and accurate records.
- Conducting legal research and compiling data to support legal proceedings and transactions.
- Managing client communications and ensuring timely responses to inquiries and requests.
- Coordinating with other departments to facilitate smooth operations and collaboration within the firm.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Supporting special projects and initiatives as assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
- Education requirement a BS/BA Degree.
- Proven experience in a legal or administrative role within a corporate division.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Details:
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 per year
