About the Job
RSUI is searching for a Corporate Legal Analyst to join our Compliance and Risk Management department in Atlanta, Georgia! The Corporate Legal Analyst assists department leadership by providing general administrative support and assistance in various areas related to our business.
As RSUI is a highly collaborative work environment with a specialized area of industry focus, in-person interaction, team meetings, and other activities will require an in-person presence. Building deep and respectful relationships is a key component of RSUI’s culture, and doing so is accomplished, in part, through engaging in meaningful in-person dialogue and making personal connections. This position will work RSUI’s hybrid work schedule, which requires three days weekly in the office.

Responsibilities Include:
- Provides administrative support to department leadership
- Assist with third party vendor compliance
- Manages producer contacts database
- Maintain Lawsuit and Subpoenas database
- Various other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 0 – 2 years of work experience in an administrative or office environment strongly preferred; for candidates with no Bachelor’s degree, 3 – 5 years of work experience in an administrative or office environment required
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities and tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work directly with IT to resolve system issues
- Well organized with superior attention-to-detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stellar internal and external customer service orientation with a dedicated work ethic
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach to work
- General knowledge of insurance preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel & Word)
