Corporate Legal Affairs Attorney - The Fountain Group

PAY: $150-175/hour W2. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance. 
Remote role, but can be contract to hire role. To go perm, candidates must be willing to live in Boston area.

• Looking for an Attorney, Corporate Legal Affairs role (senior director) and SME in Corporate Securities
• Current person is an attorney – corporate securities attorney (8-12 yrs exp)
• Crucial - Mix of law firm and in-house experience is needed (more in-house experience is wanted and is important)
• SEC, NASDAQ reporting compliance and filings, 10K’s, 10q’s, section 16 filings, etc.
• Works cross functionally to review press releases, disclosure materials
• Work closely with HR and finance, corporate affairs, investor relations, “insider employees”
